Seriously a terrible place to live. My family has lived here 3.5 years and are so excited to be moving. It is a non-smoking property but no one actually follows that rule. If you leave your Windows open, many times your place ends up smelling like an ash tray. Many of our neighbors smoke pot in the apartments and out home ends up smelling like it. People blast their music all hours of the day and night without a care. There are cops here almost daily. Kids that run around and do whatever they want. I had my car keyed and my garage broken into. Terrible management. She doesnt do ANYTHING! I have very kindly told her if the lease violations and she has yet to do anything (even my complaints from september) I would not live here if I were you. Terrible neighbors and neighborhood.

It's a nonsmoking property but I have to walk through clouds of smoke to get to my apartment or car. There are butts everywhere. People walk their dogs and don't clean up after them so you step in it in the dark. All units used to have carpet throughout but has been replaced with lamenat flooring. It is so loud if you're in the lower units. The upper tenants can't even walk down the hall without it sounding like they're stomping. No insulation against noise or cold. Power bill has gone up considerably this past winter because of the carpet removal. Basement apartment used to stay a fairly even temperature. It was very cold this winter. Great floor plan and good size except the kitchen has very little counter space or storage. Laundry hook-ups are a plus. Every day someone drives in and just sits in their car with the music cranked up. All you hear for at least an hour (sometimes two) is thum thum, thum thum, .......

Horrible leasing "agent " very poor grounds keeping. ..very poor maintenance crew ..not even worth living here in this dump..bug,flea ridden complex! !!!
