I asked if they had Cioppino, and the waiter replied, "we do now as we will make it for you." It was really good. I was really appreciative and was shocked that they would go out of their way and make it even though it was not on the menu. SUPERB SERVICE.Food: 5/5
My family and I recently dined at Assaggio Restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed by both the service and the food. Despite it being a crowded Wednesday evening, our waiter was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant experience. My husband and son ordered the Bolognese with added meatballs, and both enjoyed their meal immensely. I opted for the Fusilli, adding mushrooms and no meat, and the flavors were rich and delightful. To finish off our meal, we had the gelato and Tiramisu. Both desserts were soft and delightful, a perfect end to our meal. Overall, Assaggio's provided a wonderful dining experience, and we would definitely come back again. My wife and I had dinner there, and when we walked in, I could tell just from the atmosphere that this place was going to be good. The food was incredible. We had the meatballs appetizer, and they were cooked perfectly. We both had specials and were not disappointed. Both of our dishes were amazing. The service was top notch from start to finish as well. I HIGHLY recommend eating here for a solid Italian meal.
A cozy Italian restaurant. My wife ordered a special, Halibut and it was cooked perfectly and it was fresh. On the other hand, I ordered the veal parmigiana. Big mistake! The veal was at best 1/16" thick and covered in breading. It tasted more like fried breading than veal. Shame on this Italian restaurant for serving such a meal.Food: 2/5
Classic and classy located on 4th St. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always help you have a great experience. We started off with the Mussels & Clams. For dinner, I had the pasta special, and my wife had the Pici Carbonara. Both were very good. We finished the meal off with a lemon tart. Very good food.Food: 5/5
The food, service, and ambiance we were 5 stars. We started with the Clams and Mussels. The broth was so flavorful and delicious! Then we had the Gnocchi. It melted in my mouth. We also had the Fusilli pasta which was also a huge win in my books. We ended with a Tiramisu, highly recommend!Food: 5/5
Come across this Italian restaurant in downtown Seattle. All the three dishes and two desserts we had are delicious. Friendly service. The restaurant is full of paintings, like a gallery.Food: 5/5
Visiting from Cincinnati and Mauro and his family and staff rolled out the red carpet with love and generosity. Tonight was very special and personal. Outstanding food and incredible memory.Food: 5/5
Amazing atmosphere and amazing food. The pasta special with seafood knocked my socks off. The waiter had excellent cocktail recommendations and made the night memorable. The cannoli is worth it even if you're stuffed! AD1 attendees, this is the place to get your grub on.Food: 5/5
Went to this place for dinner during my stay at Seattle. The place got a really good atmosphere and ambience. I tried one of their chef recommend appetizer and chef special pasta with Salmon, Shimp and clam. Their pasta was hand made by them. The food was served at a good temperature. The pasta was really good. I would visit again.Food: 5/5
