Story

Asselta Law was founded by attorney Richard Asselta. Mr. Asselta had the unique fortune to begin his career at a law firm that exclusively handled highly complex and technical federal appellate matters. Building on that experience and his skills as a trial attorney, Mr. Asselta established Asselta Law.

The firm provides high quality individualized representation to clients in K-12, college, graduate and all other education settings. Mr. Asselta handles all types of disciplinary and misconduct issues, IEP and 504 Plan advocacy, grade appeals, and many more student focused issues.
