I lived at a property that used River Management for our needs a local competitor came along and promised the sun, moon and stars to us if we signed on and due to the economy it seemed like a good idea. Well, what a mistake that was, we were sold a bad bill of goods. The service, professionalism, compassion and knowledgeable employees at River are sorely missed now.
Don't be fooled by these companies that come in cheaper - remember the old saying "if it seems to good to be true, it usually is". 
I am I know others are very sorry we made the move and can't wait to come back.
