We use associated credit to pay our out of state vehicle loan. They were easy to find very friendly and knowledgable about how the procedure worked. We are very happy to visit every month to pay our auto loan and are considering moving our accounts to their bank.

This location is great,  never busy and fast. Staff here is great. Online banking is good. Loan process is a little annoying. Have a 700 credit score and make good money.  I own my own business and no debt. The loan officer  was avoiding me as if I was a huge  credit risk. After a week of going back and forth I gave up.  I went to state Farm had the auto loan in 45 min.

Good location but the people are usually rude and are not accessible to night shift workers. Called them on the phone when I was almost in sight of the building but wouldn't stay open 5 extra minutes one day as I was trying to make a loan payment.
