Laundry mat is not open according to hours operation. One time I was told to that had a certain amount of time to use the dryers after washing clothes cause they wanted to close and go home when I came in to wash way before the "last wash" time was, it's not my fault dryers don't work half the time. If I'm taking time out of my busy schedule to get to the laundry mat early when they open and it's not, then someone is not very serious about their job and hopefully management will take care of that situation. I waited for about an hour and nobody had shown up yet to open the place for service. I called the phone number for Associated Services Corp and there was no option for me to leave a message to let them be aware of the situation.

Coin Laundry in Waynesboro is ridiculous!! Over half of the machines don't work never seen so many Sorry out of service blue cards!! Both change machines don't work!! How is this company still in business? Terrible just terrible

Half of the washers and dryers are ALWAYS broke. You end up wasting money and/or detergent There's NEVER anyone there to assist you, and it's rarely opened on time in the mornings. You can mail in for a refund that you can get weeks later, but that's a big hassle for a couple bucks. I really just want to be able to wash and dry my clothes. Today, after about 3yrs of weekly patronage, I'm happy to say that this will be my last visit to your laundromat in Rustburg, VA.
