I was a patient over a year ago and I was recently reminded of my experience here. I believe I was assigned to Dr. Hanson and went in for a routine skin inspection. I know what you're likely thinking, "here comes the belligerent review from an entitled consumer". Not my style and reviews are not something I generally do.  The visit was extremely impersonal and I got the impression that she didn't want to be there. They decided to biopsy a suspicious mole and before I could blink the blonde haired woman in the room had her hands on me and took a huge chunk out of my skin. When I say huge chunk I mean very deep! Holy smokes! It took weeks to heal and hurt something terrible. I have a scar now as an unpleasant souvenir. I should've known the rest of the visit would be downhill. I felt Dr Hanson was outright rude and didn't understand the concept of bedside manners. Minimal effort one would say? What gives? Despite being located right next to my house I will not be returning and want others to know this as a fair warning.

Regarding the response from owner, who should I be asking for? Who am I talking to? If you're concerned I would expect to be placed in touch with a person, not provided your general call in line. As a customer service professional, wouldn't you provide an email address and name like the review response asking to improve the experience to a 5 star review from a 3 star? If this response is also from Jan, your optics and idea of helping a concerned customer are grossly out of calibration. Minimal effort one would say?

Great experience, all the staff were friendly and pleasant to work with. Doctors are great and explained everything clearly.

I went here in 2008 only 18-19 years old for my Eczema and my severe Psoriasis.  My doctor told me I had dry skin, but this place new right away it was Psoriasis.  They were great, and I am still to this day 100% clear.  They prescribed me the right creams right away, so I didn't have to try a bunch, and I did UVB treatments about 3x's/week.  They are very nice, clean, and professional.  Don't go to a doctor, go here to a specialist!
