This company is wonderful, and our roof looks beautiful! I can't say enough about how great Kevin was. He talked us through the process, and helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend this company!

Roofers publicly urinating in back yard all day & could not get the roofer on ph to mk them stop , neighbor was complaining & has two little girls . Left there trash collector truck outside garage overnight I called them to tell them needed to go to work , he just said they will be there tomorrow & would not remove it ! approached my door with a advertisement , said they would repair a door from storm as well , Never could got them to repair it . After no response for months after to finish the job they said I was told it was finished ! Someone came in for a hour & left & never repaired . I was told later that employee quit & had not told them or me !!! They pd him for the job the CEO said & then had to pay someone else Tk come in & do the job & I was treated as if it was my problem & fault . Talked to very badly, very disrespectful . Was told , they over painted & I should by grateful , no, I had a professional to come in & measure every inch to be painted by ins. aspects. He lied to me thinking I was stupid & did not know better. Other things never repaired , they did damage putting up roof and said that was not covered on there ins. ! After he had to pay he said two different people he had a loose . What about the loss of his costiners , and over a year to do simple repairs . And then blaming the Costomer for there mistakes & damage to property . They talked in circles . Was told by a lawyer today this iscwhatvthey call scapegoating , using a person to intentionally to this for there benifit. And they lying about it . This is the 3rd family they did this to several has told of . But seems to be a poor practice on sone other roofers told by Ga. State officials . I called roofer to tell him of a problem & he said I know I am outside your house , I guess he though I was not home - I was outside and he was no where to be found . !!! It's very sad. Your better going with a reputable large company like Home Depot etc... where they have to do things right & not afraid to use there ins. when they mess up or break things . A lesson to many . Give this company a zero . Others in community can't believe it took so long with everything , they lost a lot of business just in this area . Thank goodness for professional friends who are helping me with this company .

I tried other companies but had a battle to get what I wanted in the contract which was step flashing, ridge vents, chimney cricket, etc. Kevin with Assurance Residential had all the good stuff already included at a fair price. The two roofs were done in one day including cleanup. No wonder GAF recommends them.
