This was our first time “At Boulders Edge” and my husband and I were so impressed. We stayed in Glacier’s Edge Lodge with two other couples. It was so spacious with three bedrooms, two full baths, beautiful kitchen, and living room with big screen TV and so much more. We were also able to see all the other cabins on the grounds since our other friends were guests. They were beautiful, very clean and decorated in rustic cabin decor. Can’t say enough good about “At Boulders Edge”. They have so much to offer. Can’t wait to go back!!! Ranee and Frank were excellent with making us feel very comfortable with our stay!!!

We had a beautiful weekend at Boulders Edge Glacial Lodge. The accommodations were beautiful and they thought of every detail to make our stay the most memorable. We highly recommend this gem !!

We stayed in the Tipi in July and had an amazing time. Great location, close to everything, and huge sites. Entire staff was friendly and helpful! The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Not one speck of trash on the whole property! We go to a new camp ground every year but have decided to make this property a yearly tradition, we loved it so much. Be aware of barking dogs from neighbors, I feel bad for the property owners as they can't do anything about it. Barking was annoying at night but being exhausted from activities and drinking helps nicely.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a few days and this is the place to go! It was very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was great. Also had some tasty jello shots! We stayed in the tall pines cabin, it was very cozy, also we loved how private it was.will be coming back soon!

I was looking forward to a nice secluded getaway from my wife and I since we haven't had a vacation in over 2 years since starting our business. Frank and Renee were extremely helpful in getting things lined up for me. Unfortunately, the great customer service stopped at That point. I had a nice couples massage and personal chef coming our first night to start the trip off right. Unfortunately I missed the mark on doing that and my wife wanted those cancelled. Her and I both were still excited for the rest of the trip. We had hiking, zip lining, and kayaking all scheduled up. I called Renee and advised we wanted to cancel the massage and chef. She called back an hour later and said we couldn't cancel that. I said ok and that I would tell them when they showed up. Here is where things get really bad. A little later, I received a phone call that one of our closest family friends son died of an overdose. My wife and I were shattered and knew we needed to get home. I then spoke with Renee again and said we needed to leave. She even said she felt bad for us. After handling family matters, I jumped away to get a rain check for our zip lining. The canopy tour company simply had to verify we left and that was it. When they called Renee she told them that we left because my wife didn't want to be in Hocking Hills. She also sent them the voicemail where I said we did not want the massage and chef! I never said anything about zip lining. So now, not only am I out all the money paid for a massage and chef(my fault), I am also out the money for the cabin and zip lining. When did small businesses stop caring about the guest and start spreading out right lies? Being a small business owner and also a consultant for numerous other small businesses, I can without a doubt say this would never happen with any business I am involved in. I will be putting these postings on any and all review sites I can find in hopes that people will think twice before dealing with these snakes.
