I was a former employee at this company, think what you will, if you don't believe me just go and try them out for yourself! Put one of your family members there and see how fast you decide to switch! Employees make good money, yes, but none are trained. The manager Allison is by far from professional. I was sent into a bedbug infested home, found 3 crawling on me not to mention all of the bites.. Well, lets just say i tossed my clothing, went home in undies and a towel. I asked for reimbursement for the clothing and some of my belongings, it was WWIII after that. We was decent friends and co-workers until the bedbug scene happened. Because she knew bugs had been reported and failed to mention that to me, yes I did ask for my money back on my new clothes. A typical bedbug infestation can cost THOUSANDS to get rid of, but yet she didnt mention it to me at all.. Even though she knew! A Home Health worker shouldnt be put under those working conditions anyway, its against regulation..  she holds grudges, shes on that stuff and shes been rude to a few people I know that personally went to At Home Health Care for services. Denied them services over a grudge she had with me. Unfortunately for the business, my family went over to another local Home Health company and found services. One Of The Owners BUCKY FORD was informed, The KNOXVILLE OFFICE was informed.  The company will put up a front, making you believe they are the BEST, but I would say that is far from the truth. I have recordings of them downing the other employees, recordings where the phone goes unanswered (WHAT IF IT WAS AN EMERGENCY?,) recordings of the downing of their clients (HIPPA VIOLATION,) plus a ton more! All for you, just message & i`ll respond as I have time! The company isn't who I thought they was "For Sure". Freely throwing clients information to prospective workers. I was informed about ever patient I was going to have, before they even hired me?? WHAT home health company does that! No training did I go through what-so-ever, I started working for them the very first day they met me, which was my interview? The only thing good that came from this, was me meeting a new client and friend. Whom, might I add, switched companies once i left to continue services with me at a new agency. They want nothing to do with anyone unless it benefits them, they're snobs and down people because they feel they are better. I personally feel the only one that works there thats somewhat decent is Whitney.. Allisons Sister. Whom Allison also confided in me and downed over being a previous drug addict & laughed about her pizza deliveries. I would advise, to possibly contact another agency with your needs, because I personally would want HER in charge of any of my care, nor my familys care. I would say try some of the other local business.. There's a few that's independently and locally owned and is not run by a franchise of drug addicted money leaches. Because you`ll regret going through this one in the end for sure! They have deleted posts before by deleting their account. Hopefully this comment with stand until some are made aware!
