Terrible service. I went in to purchase a couch, and neither of the two customer service representatives either knew anything nor wanted to help. I asked about delivery service, and one simply stated they didn’t even have delivery service despite all of the signage throughout their store referencing a third party delivery service they partnered up with. I couldn’t even get anyone to go to the furniture section of the store with me to even look at the couch when I was trying to get assistance. When I asked a representative to accompany me, she actually declined.

I am so surprised by the poor quality of service displayed tonight, January 31st, and will not be returning. Embarrassing mismanagement of duties as well as store handling .

Great trendy selections. Staff is always friendly. I never leave without spending at least a hundred bucks. I am so happy we have one so close to my house.
