I had gotten my phone from this store about a week ago. They had sold me a screen protector and not even a week later my phone had slipped out of my hand from about 6 inches off of the ground and busted the corner. I took it in to see what they could do to replace it and their policy was to replace it for 50% off. I went to the AT&T store in the mall and they told me it should be under warranty and should be replaced for free. They also asked who would have sold me a screen protector for an S8 because they tend to pop off and it wasn't a good idea. I told the lady in this store what the one in the mall said and she said there was nothing she could do. Didn't try to help me out at all. Will definitely not do business there again. Seems like anything for a sale and then they don't stick behind it to help you out.
