The girl i talked to at the store ad no idea what she was talking about ... And just kept saying let me get your information ... Called 3 different 800 numbers and every single one told me i called the wrong one and gave me another number for me to be told the same thing every single person was rude especially serigo who after he said ima give you another number to call and i asked if i was gonna get put on old yet again he just continued to talk over me and i repeated myself and said no am i going to be put on hold again he just hung up ... They obviously dont care if they get any new business or not the obviously dont care about customer service at all which is exactly why neither att or directv will get any of my business nor will i reccommend them to anyone they are just another money 💰  hungry corporation looking to rip people off

On our cable bill if it's late they would charge us for two months and when the next month comes they would put the money that we payed for two months for the next... it's just a rip off so we're going to comcast
