It was the worst customer service I have ever had, four employees sitting none of which greeted me. When I asked what deals they had on what phones the girl didn't look up from her phone, she made a fart noise and waved her hand gesturing to the walls. I was also told i would have to wait 20 mins because there system was down. I left and came back 30 mins later and when I asked if there system was back up the same girl shrugged at me and i asked "yes or no" to confirm if i could make a purchase she just stared at me and refused to answer. I will never under any circumstances return to this or any orher at&t location.

Horrible unorganized store.
When I went in no one greeted me and the store is set up where you do not know where to go.
I waited 45 minutes to be aknowledged then they were OUT of sim cards. if someone would have asked what I needed help with I could have been on my way.
gave 1 star because it made me to do review. people were constantly coming in and leaving. there were 3 people working. this store lost alot of revenue way more than they made during the 45 minutes I was there.
whoever came up with this concept was way off base. After talking with others this is a regular occurance. wow bad, bad, bad.

Guy went to the back to get a phone case I waited for about 5 minutes he came back and was walking to a different table. I said did you forget about me he said yes was distracted helping another employee with their issue

.7 mgbs!!!! WORST INTERNET EVER! They installed new router only to make service worse. Can't run online games, takes 10 seconds to load internet and It's straining as Im writing this.

Nice place needed seating though had took over 2 hours to get phones transfered from one company to theres. Then after all the wait still have to go back do to phone not sending pictures.
