Just left after being threatened to have the police called on me. My roommate who suffers from autism went in the other day to see if they could fix a crack on his screen. He was told they couldn't and to go to the local grocery store because they were out of his model phone. They didn't give him his cracked screen phone back. So we went up there to ask for the phone. I told the manager I believed my roommate was taken advantage of, not angerly wasn't yelling, remand calm... Well that sent the manager into a tizzy and he told me to get out of HIS stores. Anyone that sensitive shouldn't be a manager . I won't be going to AT&T anytime soon...

We are very appreciative of the friendly, knowledgeable service we received 12/23/16 while traveling.   We were greeted immediately with warm friendly smiles and helped to diagnose the problem.  
Thanks to everyone involved especially Justin for his patience and upbeat personality.

Let me start off by saying i usually don't write reviews however if u want excellent customer curtesy look now further than this place. Customer service reps Nicole and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased and happy before i left. After being with sprint for 3 years i switched to AT&T today due to sprint having such disrespectful management. Nicole worked very hard to get me a new phone on a contract for a great price along with the IPAD mini and was very patient and respectful. Service rep Jordan also helped with the process and was very respectful. As long as these two work at the store, it will always be a great environment and other customers and i will stay customers of AT&T.

All I wanted to do was pay my phone off. I waited 45 minutes while I watched employees walk around and talk to each other. Landon "checked me in" but couldn't even keep eye contact with me when I was talking to him and kept looking at his phone.
