There's only one person on the floor and the other in the office. All I needed to do was change my address and have them move what I purchased from them. I got here at 10:15am...waited forever after I completed the form...after he gave me the correct one in English...just to find out, there's nothing he can do. 30minutes later, I finally leave. No thanks Aarons - I'm sticking with Wayfair moving forward.

While I was there having them help me set up my tablet. We were waiting for the tablet to finish getting it ready for me to take it, I asked her if I could walk around the store and she said yes I went back to the counter and asked her if my tablet was ready for me to take it. She said it was in the Box. I picked it up and put it into my bag and left the store. I went to remove the tablet and it was gone. I called the store at 7:29pm, the store closes at 8pm and I told her my tablet was not in the Box. She said it was there and that I could pick up the next day

Uuuuuggghhh. Pure agony. Spent 2 hours in this store to switch my son to his own account. He had to put down a 30% deposit down for the phone since he doesn't have any credit. I understand that, but when they said he might have to put money down on the promotional GearFit watch, I was concerned. I mean, it's a PROMOTIONAL item, hence, FREE. Why would he have to put anything down on a free item?? She had to call the manager to clarify. The phone he wanted wasn't even in stock, so it had to be ordered. Their printer wasn't working so she had to pull out a tablet and start the process all over. I tolerated all of this only because it was my son's decision. If it was up to me, I would have left after 30 minutes and went with an entirely different carrier. Ridiculous.

Representatives there are douchebags and don't even help you with your phone issues. What's the point of working there if you don't even help your customers out then, blow them off? Deserve 0 stars but didn't give me the option to.
