Rude employees. One sold me the wrong phone and charged me $35 just to get the right one because I opened the box. Explaining this was not my mistake had I received what I asked for he immediately got very upset and defensive. Then made an obvious effort to waste as much of my time as possible, then hand me off to someone else when he saw new customers walk in. AT$T Epic fail on business ethics, we (customers can go elsewhere you know?)

I came in looking for a phone case for my Galaxy S8+ for my mom and I. Christopher Simmons showed me all of the cases and explained the features and benefits of each one. I ended up with two that day and my mom and I love our new cases. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Sent us away ast 4:15pm. Store closes at 6pm. He said the AC was out.  Has been out all week.  So why hadn't it been fixed? And why are paying customers being turned away during business hours. Unprofessional of this location.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by two very friendly people. They both went out of there way to make sure that I was taken care of and that I understood how to use my new phone and let me know how much money I could save by changing my current tv and Internet service to AT&T. I'll be coming back to swap as soon as I have more time. Very nice people. Thanks
