Gus Ramirez has been the most helpful AT&T representative ever. He is patient, friendly and thorough. He has helped my family numerous times with new phones, an insurance claim and other issues we have encountered. I trust him completely with my account and our devices and I recommend him to everyone. Mindy has also been very helpful when Gus wasn't available.  I love my Gonzales AT&T store!!! Great job!! Best customer service I have found since I have been in south Texas! Mindy was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this at&t store to anyone. Thank you again mindy for your help, and making this a quick and painless process!

Great group of people who work at this location. Lysa is the best customer service help. She knows what she's doing, she's very helpful and she's quick. I always go see her with any AT&T issues or questions. Thanks to everyone who also works here, very nice customer service. I definitely recommend going to see Lysa Torres when you go into the store :)

Great place to go to for help. Enjoyed working with Lysa. She explained what was wrong with my phone and helped me understand what was going on. Also ran tests on my phone to give it more life.

Gus has helped me several times. He is very helpful, professional and cares about his clients. I will refer him and always ask for him when I come into AT&T. Love the service here!!!!
