I have had a lg Phoenix 3 for 3 weeks with a year warranty. However they will not replace a manufacturer defect. Unless I send it back and pay shipping plus the amount of the phone. 
Do not trust AT&T on replacing your phone. I had to buy ZTE with 8 g for $30.00 to have service. Due to being on the liver transplant list. lG quality is not what it was. In addition I paid for two months of service and they still take my payment out of auto pay. My payment of two months disappeared

Awesomeness!  This has been the best experience I've ever had with any cellular store. I recommend Sandy for everything! She was wonderful!
