I cannot say enough good things about this location, especially Nick.  I came in back in April, choosing this location because it was smaller and (hopefully) not a long wait.  Nick was right there.  My phone was a "dinosaur" and was on it's last leg. He assisted with all of my questions, lead me to a new phone that was right for me and what I need to use a smartphone for.  He took his time, I did not feel rushed and he made sure I was satisfied with all of my decisions before anything became final.  His personality - his exceptional ability at customer service - and his over-all attitude helped make it a very good day, but mostly, a very pleasant purchasing experience.

Tech guru Nicolas has been super helpful with support. He is the only reason I am still with AT&T!!! Very grateful for his help when I can't find my way through the system after yet another "upgrade".

NICK is a true example of wonderful human being.  In addition to that, he is the most helpful, accommodating, friendly, patient professional I have ever had the privilege of working with at AT&T or anywhere else in customer service.  Thank YOU, Nick.
