Very friendly staff, but the customer rep was on hold trying to get us a hot spot ordered for 1:30!  We finally gave up and left.  This is a to ugh review to m and.  The store would get a 5, but AT&T gets a -1!  I chose the middle ground review...

Today, I was spoken to in a rather clipped and hurried  tone  of voice as though I was calling at an inconveinant time. I wanted to by a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, or 7FE cash., She first snapped at me and said that she couldn't hear me. I repeated myself using more articulation and speaking slower, but this time she snapped back that they didn't ANY Notes... and hung up before I even ask about purchasing a samsung

Staff in the store doesn't have ability to be as flexible as corporate. Can do better on phone.
