Best customer service ever. Every single phone store you go to you will wait, it is inevitable. Most the time people want to be served immediately, but, when they do get service they want to spend all day there and be treated like the most important customer on the planet? Am I right? Definitely. However, these employees at this particular phone store DO treat you like the most important customer on the planet. They are extremely knowledgeable, they can answer any question you have. They take the time to explain everything to you, make sure your comfortable with your new phone, and these guys will even stay an hour after closing just to make sure you are satisfied. You may have to wait to be seen, but, they far exceed expectations and truly make up for the wait with their excellent customer service. Everyone waits, but, what happens after the wait is what's important. These guys nail it everytime. They have now got me exclusively coming to this store even though i have one 5 miles from me. I live 35 minutes away from this store and ill never go to another one. They are my phone store super heroes. I would patiently wait 2 hours to be able to have these people help me. Everyone is treated in the same manner. Which to be honest is probably why they are so busy and why you have a wait time in the first place. So be patient, because again, everyone waits but these guys make it worth that wait, and in my opinion that is all that matters.

Customer service was great & appreciated. With their help i was able to upgrade my phone & was able to receive my new phone right there on the spot! I've been coming here since I started my own phone plan at 18 & the service had always been good!

Visited shop with intention of only learning about ATT's bogo deals and DirecTV incentives. Told the guy that worked there this up front and he was still professional,  very knowledgeable and spent a lot if time with me despite knowing that I wasn't going to get a phone that day. I wish I could remember his name. He was great!
