Very poor customer service. I walked in today and wasn’t greeted by anyone. I understand being busy but not one representative addressed me. I was there for quite some time with no help. I left and I’m very dissatisfied with this location. The supervisor or manager needs to retrain the reps on providing better customer service. This is unacceptable.

I was very pleased with my experience. I went in to cancel a line that the contract was up and Alejandro took his time to help me with that and also lower my bill! He was great! As for everyone else they just looked at me and my husband when we walked in the door and never acknowledged we needed help.

Let me begin by stating that I love being an AT&T customer and have never experienced any issues with service or customer service on the phone. Today's experience has put a bad taste in my mouth with this location. Around 1:00 pm today I arrive at the store. All team members were busy with other customers, but did not greet me when I walked into the store. The two men that were ahead of me stated that they had been waiting for quite some time. I had no issue with that. Another customer walks in 5 minutes after me, and they are greeted by one of the team members who was busy with a customer. I thought that maybe she didn't notice me when I walked in. She looked up and glanced at me and the other AA customer and gave us a nasty look. When she finished with her customer, she greeted the man that came in after me, but disregarded me and the other AA customer that was in there. That pissed me off. The man says that me and the other AA customer were there prior to him coming in. She then proceeds to sign us in and have us wait for another team member. The other team member comes out and goes to another team member and talks with her for a few mins. The first team member, a caucasian woman, takes the AA customer and his son as her customer. The asian team member ignored me completely and served another customer that just walked in the store before me. Her excuse was that he was looking for a phone. I just walked out. To be completely ignored and looked over really pissed me off and didn't make me feel like a valued customer. I will be speaking with the supervisor who runs the store tomorrow.

The regular service here is meh, but there is a SUPER NICE, SUPER HELPFUL lady named Emilia in there who helped out alot. Make an appointment with her! She got us all set up on a fam plan and manages our business plan too. She helps us avoid things that would make us pay more that we don't need. ASK FOR EMILIA.

Bottom line is that this location could be a five star, but was understaffed the day we came, but we really only had to wait for about 10 minutes, so it's not really that big of a deal. But now on to the service. We were very lucky to get Brandon who took such great care of us and I believe went above and beyond to make sure we had a remarkable experience.  Thank you so much Brandon!!
