I have never had a worse "customer service" experience ever. I was greeted by the Manager, who led me to believe that whatever I needed assistance with (a simple change of billing information) would have been fast and simple. To make a very long story short, the Manager put me in the hands of an jncompetant, young employee, who had absolutely no idea of how to handle the situation. The Manager, as I was told by an employee, had gone to lunch (2/3 hour lunch) and I was stuck there for 2 hours and 45 minutes, trying to have the young, unprepared employee assist me. Stay far away from this store!

Always packed even on weekdays during regular working hours. Don't answer phones. Be prepared to wait 45-1hr unless you make an appointment first.

Great service. I've been in many times. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable.

Pretty annoying trying to get ahold of someone on the phone. Rings about 6 times, then goes back to an automated system saying that they're too busy to answer the phone. Then asks if I'd like to try again, which I do. After about 10 times, I gave up. Would be nice if they joined every other large company in the world and had a way to stay on hold in a queue until someone was available.... D:
