It's pretty bad when the at&t store is located in an area where they have very poor signal service. I live nearby and went in the complain about why I have such poor voice service in the area. They said look at my phone I get 5 bars. They didn't know I'm a telecom engineer and I told him that's because they have a local micro cell in the store to boost signal and deceive customers!  You walk outside 50 ft from the store and you are lucky to get 1 bar. I measured -11607 to -116 dbm signal strength around 544 and southward towards my house. I only wanted a micro cell so I could make calls inside my house and vicinity but they aren't  even available. I had to stay in the store and call in a support ticket to multiple people only to be told maybe network support will fix something to make it better. 

2 days later I get a txt from network support that the area has 'limited coverage' and that nothing is going to change. Of course they even had the nerve to try and sell me a new phone! 

Long story short: AT&T coverage is horrible around 544 in Murphy, down Murphy road and over to Breckinridge Park. If you live in this area your service will be very poor.

The sales rep wanted to check my ID (because I stated that I was an existing customer) before continuing further discussions. Unheard practice and attitude made me feel that I should go elsewhere. I promptly did.

Went in to get help swapping out my watch and I can say Kevin was awesome.  I went in told him what was happening and he knew what to do right away A class customer service!!!

I came in on 09/25/2016 to exchange my Samsung Edge for a IPhone 6S Plus.  The customer service rep was very friendly.  But what I found out later was she switch my unlimited data plan (in which I have had for over 10 yrs) to a $20.00 a month 300 MB plan with a $20.00 charge for overage of every 300 MB.  I just went in to exchange phones and to get my info transferred from phone to phone.  This girl smiled in my face, while she was making UNAUTHORIZED changes to my account.  I contacted AT&T regarding this unauthorized change.  I am waiting for the outcome.
