Worst store the staff are clueless about everything. They can't even transfer phone numbers to a new phone. And they will just till you to call the help line. So don't even bother just call at&t your self they will help out way better. F this store

There customer service on the phone sucks. You're better off going to the store. 2 days with out having to activate my mobile hotspot. 30 min wait on the phone seriously. I got transfer 5 different times wth is going on .

The biggest mistake I’ve ever-made was going to this store the so called business manager terrace is a scam artist that will open up accounts with out your approval and makes nothing but false promises that he can’t deliver on save your self the headache and find a different store

Not happy with AT&T service. Switched fm Verizon last year. Can wait to return back to Verizon.
