Family member had an issue with not receiving text messages and phone calls to her apple iPhone 6.  Went to this location to ask for help and assistance.  They were in their 2 minutes and then told that this was not their issue it was Apples issue.  They did not look at the phone to inspect it at all.  I suggested we should call AT&T Customer service, very helpful and fixed the problem.  We went back to this location to inform them that it was fixed and it was a network issue, not an Apple issue.  One gentleman was very nice and courteous and apologized for the earlier person not being able to resolve the issue.  Then the person that did not resolve the issue came over and defended what they did was correct and there was nothing they could do.  Obviously, they could have called and we would have been out in a few minutes.  They then continued to escalate the situation, telling us we were wrong, and that she couldn't do anything because it was a waste of her time.  This was the Manager in Training and they made us feel like we were just another number in their pocket book.  Poor customer service from the Manager in Training, makes us want to switch carriers.

Absolutely awful awful awful... Nobody seems to know what the heck they are doing. I don't believe it's AT&T but just the people who work at this location. They are rude and disrespectful and all the mistakes they made them seem like they were my fault. Charged me 3 times for a phone they ordered by mistake on my account and then gave me a run a round why they couldn't give me the refund that day. Terrible experience if it wasn't for AT&T corporate customer service I would have just canceled my service all together. If I could give it no stars I would. And I had to wait a month for my phone when they told me it would only be a week.

I just was told at this store to call customer service to find out what international data plans are available. He refused to look up what countries were covered by which data packages. If I could give zero stars I would. He was too busy chatting on his phone in a store empty of other customers than me.
