Store is supposed to be open at 9 oclock on Tuesdays, I was waiting for almost 40 minutes waisting my time, now I have to go to another at&t. This is my first ever review, horrible service. Get to work on time whoever worked today.

My phone's screen unexpectedly turns off while the phone is still on. Its happened a few times and everytime I've taken it to this location for them to take a look at. David is always super friendly and has helped me out with twice with this problem. Overall great and efficient customer service. ☺

The only reason why I stop by this store is because is on my way. Every single time I’m here there is employees hiding behind the door. You can wait there for over 30 minutes and suddenly someone pop up to help the other employee there with other 4 costumers.
