This store won't give you the time of day to help with anything unless it's to make a sale. And half the time they don't even know anything about their own products.

Poor customer service long waits. Beware of upselling and hidden fees. Ive gotten many phones here and had many problems with the phones and service dropped calls and glitchy phones make for a stressfull visit. They often refuse to do anything to fix the phones when they have problems very poor business. Unfortunately they are one of the few working cellular carriers in northern minnesota
