They sold me on the "buy one get one" deal for 2 Galaxy S8s. No one told me I needed DirecTV when they signed me up for these phones. Once the credits weren't applied, I asked them about it and, they expressed a lack of concern and an unwillingness to right their wrong. Now I am stuck paying for 2 $850 phones....I didn't sign up for this.

Edit: It was Logan who sold me these phones. I know this now...so if you go in there, dont choose him unless you want screwed over...

Do not go here. The manager is Michael and he is awful. They screwed up signed me up for 6lines and now I am fighting a $2096. Bill 
The employees do not know what they are doing and I would not recommend going here for anything period EVER!

Sales staff are completely useless! They don’t know how to do anything and send you to the store in the mall anyway so don’t bother going to this store!

PAINFULLY SLOW SERVICE. NEVER GOT WHAT WAS PROMISED WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP...SWITCHED BACK TO SPRINT AFTER 6 MONTHS. HAD A NEW MANAGER EVERYTIME I WALKED IN. A FEW OF THE STAFF TRIED HARD AND WERE NICE...BUT 2 STARS IS ALL I CAN DO.
