Went in after Christmas to add a new phone to my plan. Spoke to Jerimi about making my data plan unlimited. Was lied to and told I had to purchase an Apple Watch or UE speaker. Really didn't want either, but got a speaker so I would be "eligible" for the plan I needed. He then sent me home with 2 speakers and insinuated that he was giving me a "deal". Turns out he had charged my account for both speakers that totaled $300, AND I later found out I wasn't required to buy anything to get the plan I wanted. Supervisor of the store was suppose to get back with me weeks ago- you can't get anyone form store on phone. Going back today for the 5th time to try to get something done. 😡
