I love at&t service I travel the country with my work. Have always had very good and positive things to say about every store I have been to until now. This is by far the worst ran at&t store I have ever been to. The employees are rude. And there is no  Team work at this store what so ever. We all know when you walk into a store they ask you what your there for and sign you in. Well first it took 20 minutes for me just to have someone come up and sign me in when there was only 2 other customers in the store. Then after 35 minutes of waiting for a rep to speak to me they then proceed to tell me what I was wanting wasn't in stock . When the person that I waited on for 20 minutes to sign me in could have told me they had no iPhone in stock in stead of wasting almost an hour of me just sitting there, to hear it from the rep.This is the first at&t store I have just turned around said thank you and walked off. So hopefully AT&T OFFICIAL PEEPS  look at their reviews cause this store needs to be looked into new sales team.

We've been customers for a few months now, the cell service is excellent.   Everyone we've met at this location has been great.  Tendi in particular has proven friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the company 's products.

The poorest customer service I have ever gotten from an ATT corporate store and I have been with ATT since it was comcast metrophone

Always good service. Nice clean store. Only negative is that it can be hard to find parking at busy times.
