This location is very spacious and clean. I no longer purchase phones at AT&T locations because I have discovered that Best Buy typically has far superior deals on new phones. In my experience the employees here are very helpful and considerate.

This store had horrible customer service. The "greeter" said we would have to wait over a half hr to get a new sim card when there were employees just hanging out. She had a nasty attitude, and I doubt she was the greeter as she claimed. She was just taking
To another employee the whole time. While ppl were waiting. Luckily the girl who helped us was nice , but this store sucks overall!

Customer service here is literally the worst in the world. The staff are uncooperative and rude, nothing gets done easily!

Every rep I have dealt with were professional and out going. Im not sure why the other comments gave such a low rating but maybe they raters were the ones with a negative or already upset attitude..Def recommend to visit North Brunswick store.

Wow I'm surprised with all the negative comments. I had to go to this store 3 times for different things and everyone was so nice and helpful. Yes I had to wait an hour the first time i went there but they were super busy and then when it was my turn they appologized and were very attentive. I'm on my way there now to get two new phones.
