What a wonderful place to shop.. every time I go in the reps are so friendly and always go above and beyond .. they even offered me some cold bottled water while I waited.. they are so very knowledgeable and always make me feel very important... disregard the other negative reviews.. if you want to be treated professionally and have an enjoyable experience go check out this store for sure:)

I wanted to pay my bill at the kiosk and I needed change. Before I put my money in there I asked can I have change. So I can have the right amount, since you won't be able to get the left over change in the kiosk.They said no we can't. I said that's weird , all the other at&t did it for me. I told them don't worry about it, I will go to another one. Sure enough they gave me the change. I told this at&t what happened at the Mandeville store and they said, "no, they lied to you." I even paid my bill one time in Hammond and asked and they said no they lied, we can give change. Poor customer service

I've been waiting here 20 minutes no one has come up to me so that I can "sign in" no one has even ecknowledges that I'm here! What a joke.

I would have to agree with an earlier customer when she stated that this is "one of the worst stores I have ever been in!" After speaking to several representatives and receiving an email from AT&T regarding an update for a tablet offer, I went into the local store in Mandeville to wait 30 minutes for a customer service representative to help me named Brandon, only to be treated like the scum of the earth, like a piece of crap, like a nobody. He did not speak to me AT ALL! I told him that I have received several offers to update my tablet, but he said that ALL the representatives from ATT that I had spoken to the previous day for literally three hours were ALL incorrect in what they were telling me! I find this to be completely false, as I've received numerous emails and mail about the offer! I'm so tired of this stores lack of customer care! It's about the time for me to change carriers!

This is one of the worst stores I have ever been in!!! I know that AT&T is not that great but now they don't even have people that are knowledgeable! Went in when I was in town to pay a bill. The girl who was aggravated bc I gave her a paper check that she had to process was not happy at all. The best part is; as bad as the look on her face was, I had my bank call me 3 days later to tell me that she entered the check number as the account number and the bank rejected the charge! She needs to submit the charge again. Is there a way to get these people on the phone??? HELL NO!!!! I talked to the customer service line who wanted me to go to the store. I told them that they are crazy, their mistake, they can take care of it. What is customer service there for if they can't take care of the customer and are asking me to drive in??? I'll let them keep thinking the bill was paid. That's what their automated system says.....LOL what a screw up!
