My sales rep was great and so was the assistant manager but the store manager was extremely rude with every encounter. The previous ones were nothing but professional but this one would barely answer a question then answer as she rolled her eyes and walked off.

Even if you have a simple question you will be waiting a while to talk to someone. They never answer the phone and didn't seem interested in helping me choose the right the phone for my needs
