Did not have to wait very long, although they were quite busy and short handed. I got taken care of and on my way in a reasonable time.  They were very courteous and friendly.

Do not Believe anything they say everything changes when the bill comes out they lost my trust forever I'm still paying on phones are traded in and the new ones also

Do not let these people put on a screen protector. There were bubbles all under the one they put on for me, and they said they would go away in a day or so. Well after a week they got bigger and ended up taking over about a quarter of the screen. So I took it in for them to replace since they messed it up. The manager told me they didn't guarantee their work so I had to deal with the screen protector company to send me a new one. So basically they mess up and don't fix it. What kind of company doesn't stand behind their work?

Horrible service!  I walked in and was put on a list then noticed other people who walked in after me being helped.  When I asked person who appeared to be in charge about it he put me back on list at the bottom even through it was their error. The whole time I was in the store the phone was ringing nonstop with no one answering it.  I would recommend going anywhere else but this store.
