Ugly obese people work here, stink of cigarettes, ugly tattoos, slow service. Tap and destroy your phone screen with big ugly long fake fingernails. Had an appt and still had to wait 30 minutes. Then my appt took 1.5 hours. Really dumb workers. They didn't know how to switch my phone and i called an 800 # while in there and got it fixed before her

Worst service, waited 20 mins and find out the charge double in store than online for internet service, even showed the promotional price, they still reject to honor it.

These employees were not knowledgeable about their jobs. I had to call AT&T customer service to find out the information I needed. The employees were not professional and kept talking to each other about personal business while helping me. The greeter at the door was not helpful in getting me to the right person and was looking down at her phone when I was leaving.

Good service.  Knew what he was doing.  Threw in VR glasses.
