I made the mistake of getting straight talk again last year, well and behold I ended up losing cell data after my plan refreshed! I've had At&T pay as you go previously and liked it. Farhan was very helpful and personable and got me a new plan in no time!

This review is for the one inside the mall across from Burlington. HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in and didn't even get a greeting, both salespersons were with one customer. Waited for 15 minutes and still did not even get a wait time on how long they were going to be. We were planning on buying two phones but with the customer service being horrible , we just walked out. This visit was on a Tuesday afternoon on 9/26.

Great service as long as it's not crowded. Then be ready to wait or don't go on the weekend.
