It's the same every month. Go in to pay a bill and am asked what they can do to assist me. Very friendly and helpful people. They've always have a solution to any problem I may have. Customer service is always exemplary.

I'm not very impressed with how unwilling they are to go through your account and help understanding the charges. Nor are they willing to help with cutting costs to make phone services cheaper. Not impressed

Brought a group in that needed to purchase pre-paid SIM cards for foreign phones and it was a success. I got the initial information about the plan from one gentleman who kind of wandered and helped someone else but was saved when Cody stepped up to help me accommodate my foreign visitors.

This store has had the worst customer service for years. The only reason they get any business is because they are the only game in a small town for miles. I went in to buy a phone and was going to pay with cash. They told me if I wanted a color other than black or white for my phone cover I would have to buy one online with a card, which I couldn't do. I tried to cancel my order. Ashley refused to give me my sim card back after requesting it 3 times, so I could leave the store. Instead she beckoned the inept manager over after I told her I was uninterested in speaking with him. (She was holding my sim card captive because she didn't want to loose the sale). The tubby, surly manager reiterated I would have to pay with a card for the at&t store online to get the phone case I wanted. I repeated that I didn't want to buy it or the phone. I just wanted my sim card back (for the fourth time) and I wanted to leave. They both got mad. He told her to give me my sim card back and as I was leaving the store he yelled an insult that was both inappropriate and discriminatory. I have requested a call back from the regional manager and have not received one....it has been over 10 days. This is why it continues.
