Not enough employees to handle the customers.  A Samsung rep had to fix my issue.  Several customers left.

After standing in line for 20 minutes, a lady walks in and cuts in front of me and another man who was in line first. After I addressed it with the rep, he switched it around. Put her in her rightful place. After she spoke with him again, he switched it back around. At this time, I had gotten upset about it. Needless to say, AT&THE did not get my service or my money. Poor customer service!!!!!

Great service with awesome representatives. Could use some more variety with their background music (i.e. Beyonce, Bruno Mars, or Katy Perry) but it's overall a good place to get my cellphone updated.

Rude employees, long wait times and the manager is the worst of all the employees,

Most of the people are really great people but unfortunately they lack the knowledge needed to answer bill related questions.
