Took my mother in there to get her bill sorted out. When I asked questions, the employee (I believe her name was Viv...something) became very defensive and said it wasn't her fault. I apologized and said "It's not your fault, I'm just frustrated with the situation." I asked if there was a better solution and she said "I don't make the prices". And she completely ignored me after that. Only facing my mother (even though she was on the phone). She just ignored me each time I asked a question. Honestly, I nearly lost my cool. (I do not tolerate disrespect to me or others). Once we were done, the lady left the table before my mother and I had the chance to stand up. No "have a good day", nothing. Sorry. I have very little respect for rude and ignorant people. As someone that deals with clients day in & out. Many of them have issues,  no matter how rude they are to me, I'll never be rude to them. Ever. 

Since I live in Austin, I had my parents come up and work with a different AT&T store that could come up with a solution to my parent's bill and actually reduce their monthly bill without having to switch providers.

My past experiences have been good and I had worked with other employees. Maybe my next experience will be better at this store. However, I highly doubt I'll be back after this interaction.

Even though the reviews are not that good I still went to get a upgrade and I received great customer service. The only problem is the store is under staffed
