Amazing customer service. Willie was the rep that took care of us and he was so great. He was compassionate, answered all of our questions, and didn't rush us at all.

I am not from this town but this is the worst AT&T Store I have ever been to. Poor customer service if u have a defective phone that u just purchased. I have a brand new phone only have had it for 3-4 days so its within the 14 day period and the phone has a defective camera. They gave me the run around trying to charge me restocking fees and telling me a different story every time.  I ended up going to the store 3 times to solve nothing just wasting time.  I called the 1-800 number for at&t and spent 2 days on the phone and made more progress on the phone than in the store which is sad to say. The store acts like they want u to keep a phone u don't like or pay all these fees to switch because they know u only have 14 days to give the new phone back. This is also a small town with no competition for at&t stores so they are rude about exchanges and defective phones. worst experience.
