Apparently there's some new guy named Levi? He's a rep of sorts for Wal-Mart? I'm not sure how this stuff works and apparently neither does he. He  has no idea what's going on. Why is it so difficult to pay a bill???

Guy working at 430 pm October 29th was so rude I was speechless and he wouldn't tell me what button to push on the computer to pay ur bill cause he was looking for a. Phone for someone all I wanted was a question answered and his customer was buying a 500$ phone so yes... He couldn't a swer one question I had.. And he actually said u can call customer service go help u I can't omg...what!! So rude iv never ever felt that way I will b going further with this one

The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied.

If you don't mind excessive waiting 80 to 90% of the agents here know their stuff. The rest are either new or dgaf.
