I recently ordered 5 phones from their office. After two weeks of waiting patiently I finally went to cancel the order. The store was not really much of a help and I was even informed that I would have to pay for all the phones that I didn't even have or that they wouldn't even replace or reordered. I was just told to wait even longer for them to figure out what to do. Customer Service transfered me 7 times and took 1:39:43 to finally cancel everything and that was only after I started reading them their own contract. I have not received my refund for the taxes paid for the phone which that's a whole different process.

These folks had very little interest in helping me solve my problem. They only wanted me to buy something.

Very helpful staff.  There was a wait but there was someone to greet and place us on the waiting list.  Took a while but satisfaction.

Can't talk to anyone on the phone because of the stupid questions that I didn't care enough to remember due ro having a cancelled account, they charge you for wifi when you haven't received service since two months prior to the bill cycle listed nor lived at the location since a month before now they send threats of collections in the mail.use any other company these guys are idiots.
