One particular customer service rep. was very short and not pleasant. In my 5 yrs of being associated with AT&T I've NEVER been so pissed with customer service. You'd think she'd be a little nicer being that I was struggling to find my account number. She also did not listen to anything I was saying! I told her 3 times, my phone number is not associated with my internet account. Instead of offering up some suggestions herself, I made the suggestion of looking up my phone number again. Or how about my name since she took MY ID! I then gave her my last 4 digits of account number. Since that was all I could find in a short amount of time. Then she has the nerve to tell me that I can't access my account because my father has to grant me access. BY THE WAY, I just told you THREE TIMES my phone number is NOT associated with MY INTERNET! I'm so mad! If you can't be nice to someone, even if it's inconvenient for you, then maybe you should hand it over to your other associates! THERE WERE TWO OTHERS just sitting there listening to it all. Worst place to do business at!
