This AT&T location is the only location I will go to. They are quick and personable and really makes the time spent here enjoyable. The manager Ariel is great to deal with and extremely helpful. My sales rep Lili has always been so helpful. Both always greets customers with a smile. Both of the girls here are amazing and professional. I will continue going to this location for all of my phone needs!

This location is terrible. It is a fake AT&T store not run by AT&T but some third party company. They lie to you to make a sale and then tell you they can’t fix it and to go to the real AT&T store. We had to go to the real AT&T store by the Golden Corral to get things straightened out. The manager Brittany is the biggest cheat of them all. I recommend looking at the names of all the 5 star reviews they received. You will notice they are from employees, employees family, and the manager. Even the manager Brittany wrote a review about her own store. Go to the real AT&T store by Golden Corral.

This is probably one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with a cell phone purchase. The Manager was extremely unprofessional as I sat in the store for over 2 and a half hours to make changes to my account and upgrade a phone. She was absolutely useless. I was at the store from approximately 11:45 until 2:30 trying to get information on my account. I was given so many stories and misinformation regarding an issue they were having putting my upgrade through. The Manager left in between to take her break and left her two other employees there to figure it out while I called the 611 number to try to understand what the problem was. I paid over $1200.00 for the balance of the phones on the account, paid to upgrade and they still couldn’t figure it out. The customer care line was no help either. When the Manager finally came back she sat in a chair chopping on a lollipop and never once tried to assist. She just chanted half hearted explanations that didn’t make any sense. The 611 customer care line put me on with a total of 4 different reps until the last one told me I needed to leave that store and go up the road to an actual AT&T branch. There should me a more prominent disclosure on the window regarding the affiliation as well. The store in the Mall is not an actual AT&T store, rather a retail store that cells the devices. In addition the employees were all surrounding a customer they thought to be a “secret shopper”. They discussed this out loud while myself and another customer were in the store. They discussed hitting the sales numbers for the day as well. I didn’t feel like the Manager even cared at all, the customer service was terrible and Brittany the Msnager was more than unprofessional and disrespectful. I left and went up the road to the at&t on Quaker Rd in Queensbury and was immediately taken care of and in a matter of a few minutes the Manager Michael had my problem resolved. He was professional and thorough. My advice, the prime communications store called at&t in the aviation mall is not a true representation of at&t at all. If you want knowledgeable representatives stay away from that store. They don’t know what they are doing!

Don't waste your time.  There are no lines here for a reason.  Maybe it was just the employee we had to deal with, but apathy and incompetence are what I would use to describe the customer service here.  The store was a mess and we ended up going to Quaker Rd. to fix their mistakes.  This store is not run directly by AT&T, but a sub-contractor.

I came into this location and purchased a new iPhone 7. The manager Brittany and her 2 co workers Ariel and Kara were absolutely exemplary in how they handled the process. Incredibly knowledgeable and I'd recommend anyone with wireless needs to visit this location.
