The customer service is poor..it started with my husband and I waiting, thinking we were checked in, and found out they did not even put us on the waiting list...after we finally got a rep to come help us, she was very unprofessional and made us know that she don't sugar quote her words... now I'm not sure about everyone in retail, but myself being a Front End Lead of a major retail corporation, I would rather have my customers coming back for service by giving them a warm, friendly atmosphere as opposed to being cut throat....i would have been more acceptable if she would have told me she was not able to assist me than talk down to me as if tho I was illiterate... customer service goes a long way and unfortunately I will be driving miles away to another AT&T store with friendly associates.

Ran in for sim card 5 min before closing and the guy who worked there was very helpful. Nice customers service. Fast service.
