Came in and was taken care of immediately. After running around on a goose chase from one AT&T to another, I finally was taken care of. They knew what they were doing as well as being friendly and professional.

AT&T is the worst wireless provider in the US. They are nice to you just before you buy anything from them, after that they don't do provide any services for you. I forgot to mention that there is no coverage at all in many areas of CT. what is their solution? They offer you to purchase a 3G micro cell antenna for just $150!!!!
By the way,their customer service is indeed fake! their local store in Storrs is even worse. They treat you like they don't care about youl!
See, they are truly awful!
