Went in to upgrade my phone. They pointed out a small crack in the screen and told me to get it fixed and bring it back. Get the screen fixed, bring it back and they said they couldnt accept it as a trade in because the screen was replaced, mind you it was the same people working who told me to get it fixed. They claimed they never told me that and said they could do nothing, dont waste your time with this store

This store has bad customer service.   Sale rep added 12 dollars a month insurance on a cheap 25 dollar phone. Asked then to look up a receipt for a screen protector and they refused. They said they are all new and the old staff is gone.  Good luck.

Was greeted when I walked in. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and personable. I had a small disagreement with the manager about some certifications I was using but after that was resolved, things went smoothly. After my initial reason for going there was done, they tried to sell me other services that I did not come there for. Not a hard sell but still.

Horrible service for a cooperate center! The rep Chris was very rude and did not even try to assist me with my issue! Someone should fire or retrain him.
