Sales representatives are very misleading, they don't give accurate information. I signed up for something with half the information on hand just so they can make a sale. After the fact, I asked that a manager contact me to help resolve the issue with AT&T. Months of me contacting them and going into the store went by and I was given excuse after excuse, the store manger was away, not available at the moment, etc. The whole situation caused a lot of headache that I had no support from the store in resolving. Misleading customers for a sale is not good for business. Also all the free accessories I was given with my purchase stopped working within 3 months (car charger, etc.)

Dom was so helpful and kind. On top of helping us with the problem that we came in for, he also offered us options on how to save on our bill!

AWFUL   I walked in with my broken phone,  looking to buy a new iPhone   I was told by the person working that, "since my billing address doesn't match my I'd,  we won't get credit for the sale and won't sell me a phone"   

R u kidding me!    I was on my way out of state for the weekend    I will be calling at&t about this
